Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s majlis and majlis garden have joined forces to host a truly gastronomic Ramadan offering curated by culinary master chef Emad Zaloum and his talented team.
An expert in crafting authentic, elegant, and delicious Arabic cuisine, Chef Emad never fails to leave a sensational lasting impression on all his guests. Featuring local favourites and delicious international flavours, the Rosewood Abu Dhabi iftar is the perfect spot to break your fast with family and friends, whilst enjoying the remaining weeks of the pleasant spring temperatures. Diners are invited to explore a weekly rotating menu that stars tantalising appetisers such as soups, hummus, baba ghanouj, fattoush, tabbouleh and rocca, cold and hot mezzah including kibbeh, meat and cheese sambusek, smoked salmon roulade and tandoor chicken and mango rolls. Meanwhile, the main courses span live stations serving lamb ouzi and other seasonal favourites, along with Chinese and Indian specialties and international flavours inspired by different cultures across the globe. Finally, those with a sweet tooth will delight in the desserts such as kattayef and halawa bil jibni, whilst refreshing traditional drinks and mocktails such as jellab, tamer hendy and kamar el dine ensure that every guest’s thirst at bay.
The Magical Sunset Iftar is available at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Majlis & Majlis Garden for AED. 235 net per person from sunset until 9pm.
Suhoor Under the Stars
Those looking for a captivating Ramadan experience should look no further than the elegant and peaceful ambiance of the Glo Terrace. The place where every socialite endeavours to be seen, the charming suhoor offering provides a night of fond memories and delicious food under the starry night sky.
Taking guests on a vibrant culinary journey, the curated suhoor menu includes a flawless array of signature authentic dishes and immaculate desserts. The intimate and uplifting evening is then further enhanced by the enchanting sounds of a talented traditional Oud player, and shisha in a variety of flavours.
Suhoor Under the Stars is available at Glo Terrace from 10pm to 3am. The set menu can be availed for AED 195 net per person.

The Rosewood Easter Brunch – Gin O’clock Edition at Hidden Bar & La Cava

Inspired by the rich cultural history of winemaking, La Cava is an exclusive wine cellar experience that offers plush private dining areas, striking wall-to-wall cabinets housing 1,000 premium labels and a walk-in cigar room complete with a prized whiskey selection. Open 6pm to 1am from Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
Red & Rare Wednesday Special
Meat lovers and wine connoisseurs are encouraged to unite for this spectacular affair. Every Wednesday, diners can enjoy free-flowing quality grapes along with a succulent world-class 1kg premium cut of T-bone steak, prepared to each guest’s liking and served with delicious sides such as roasted potatoes and garlic confit, plus a choice of rich beef jus, thick Béarnaise, creamy mushroom, or green peppercorn sauce.
