Fine Hygienic Holding concludes the second cycle of its CSR program “Fine Academy”

Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), the region’s leading manufacturer of hygienic products, has successfully concluded the second cycle of its flagship corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, Fine Academy, which aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and the practical demands of the job market.

Launched in 2024, Fine Academy offers university students a three-month, paid, hands-on training program across various departments, including supply chain, human resources, finance, procurement, and marketing. Several participants from the first cycle have already secured employment with the company, while graduates from the second cycle will be given priority consideration for future opportunities that align with their skills and the company’s needs.

“Fine Academy is more than a training program – it equips students with practical skills and professional experience to help them thrive in today’s dynamic business environment,” said Ahmad Taslaq, HR Director for Fine Hygienic Holding in Egypt. “We have always been committed to empowering young talent and preparing them to become productive, engagedmembers of their communities.”

As Fine Hygienic Holding’s flagship CSR initiative, Fine Academy is guided by five core principles: sustainability, empowerment, measurable impact, social return on investment, and long-term value creation. These principles ensure the program aligns with national development priorities and generates tangible benefits for the wider community.
